Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialist in a healthcare facility located in the area. This role involves providing compassionate care to patients throughout the labor and delivery process, ensuring safety and comfort for mothers and newborns. The position is scheduled for night shifts, offering an opportunity to contribute to a critical stage of patient care.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Rotational opportunities with a focus on labor and postpartum care during night shifts from October 19, 2026, to April 19, 2027, with guaranteed minimum hours of 36 per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (must be in hand at submission), at least 1 year of clinical experience in labor and delivery, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS certifications. No travel experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: AWHONN Advanced certification.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be flexible to work 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). RTO (Request for-Time Off) requests must be included at the time of application. Candidates are not to contact facility staff directly unless for an interview arranged through the assigned account manager. Successful candidates may be required to float between sister facilities.
• Submission Requirements: Must include responses to whether the candidate has previous experience at any healthcare facility as a permanent employee, travel contractor, or registry/per-diem, with location and dates. Provide two references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
