KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-informed interventions based on client needs Coordinate care with families, schools, and community partners Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentationFollow all applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure Experience serving children, adolescents, or families preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and clinical responsibilities independently Reliable transportation and ability to serve the assigned location Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care
