Join us.Your ImpactReady to turn Finance challenges into smarter solutions?As a Lead Finance Systems Analyst (O2C), you’ll sit at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Business Transformation, helping OpenText optimize the systems and processes that power our Order to Cash journey.You’ll partner with Finance leaders, business owners, IT, and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into practical solutions, from process improvements and automation to large-scale Finance projects. Your work will help make our systems more efficient, scalable, and effective while shaping how Finance operates across a global technology company.What You Will DoServe as a trusted Finance partner for SAP projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a primary focus on Order to CashPartner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and design solutions aligned with business goalsLead workshops and evaluate current processes against SAP best practices and industry standardsIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize Finance processesSupport complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, including requirements, process design, milestones, and success measuresIdentify dependencies and risks and help keep projects aligned and moving forwardSupport data migration, UAT, change management, and training to help ensure successful implementationsCommunicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and Finance leadershipBuild strong relationships across Finance, IT, and other business functions to drive alignment and successful outcomesWhat It TakesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.5–10+ years of experience working with SAP in a Finance functional role, including implementation, configuration, optimization, or automationStrong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) and how it connects to broader Finance processes such as Record to Report and Procure to Pay/Source to PayExperience working on large, cross-functional Finance or technology initiativesProven ability to translate business requirements into practical system and process solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause identification skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levels of the organizationComfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving initiatives forwardNice to Have (Not a Deal Breaker)CPA designation or direct Finance business experienceLean Six Sigma or PMP certificationProject management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Value EdgeChange management methodologies and toolsOne Last ThingReady to turn Finance challenges into smarter solutions? As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.Salary Range: $92,320 - $138,480 CAD.
