Immediate Catering Assistant, shift Supervisor Needed! Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our energetic team. This role involves running the Catering program, assisting with Marketing, and supervising staff. Responsibilities: Receiving catering orders via phone or online, prepping for catering events, delivering catering events, and working with the owner to schedule assistance as needed. Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently and effectively. Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to the owner. Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. Coaching team members and training new staff. Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Valid Driver's license in good standing. Previous experience in Marketing & Social Media helpful. Previous experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry. Experience in building sales through Marketing of current and potential clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional appearance. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Confident problem-solver. Team player. Experience in Excel, Facebook, Instagram, and Word.
