WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome customers and create a comfortable, professional buying experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery. Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and help each customer select the vehicle that best fits their needs. Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including features, technology, and available options. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers by phone, email, text, and through the retailer’s CRM. Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Develop strong Subaru product knowledge and stay current on inventory, programs, and vehicle technology. Work closely with sales managers and other departments to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience. Meet individual and team goals while maintaining Liberty Subaru’s standards for professionalism and customer care.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A positive, dependable, and self-motivated team member Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills A genuine desire to help customers and learn the automotive business Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to build trust Comfort using technology and a willingness to learn our sales and follow-up systems Ability to work full-time retail hours, including evenings and Saturdays. Professional appearance and conduct Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record Automotive sales experience is welcome but not required. We will train the right person.
