REWARDS First-year on-target earnings of $60,000–$75,000+ Base hourly pay + uncapped commission Paid training and ongoing professional development Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Career advancement opportunities with a growing organization REQUIREMENTS Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required Ability to commute to the Willis Tower office in downtown Chicago Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously Must meet all applicable licensing, legal background, and CMS compliance requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers with selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans Make outbound calls to follow up with consumers and review Medicare coverage options Educate clients on available Medicare plans and provide personalized recommendations Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly sales goals Maintain current knowledge of Medicare regulations and ensure compliance with all CMS and state guidelines Accurately document customer interactions and enrollment activity Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
