Responsibility Summary: Under the direction of the Practice Manager and medical provider, and in accordance with approved policies and procedures, provides quality care in an effort to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. LPN will maintain patient confidentiality. LPN will maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education, in-service programs, departmental competencies and self-development activities.

Requirements:

Two (2)-year experience as an LPN in a Physician's Practice. Current NYS LPN license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through RQI required within 90 days of hire.

Experience: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to resident-focused, compassionate care.

Hourly Rate $32.50-$37.50 Rates based on experience
