Description Job Type: Full-time Pay is based on experience and productivity. 75K -130K a year Automotive Technician Plainfield Ave. | Grand Rapids, MI We don't care where you learned. If you can consistently diagnose difficult vehicles, produce quality work, and want to be paid what you're worth, we should talk. What you'll find here An organized shop with defined processes. Service advisors who perform thorough write-ups and communicate with customers. What we're looking for You don't need to know everything. You do need to be one of these two people: 1. A highly skilled technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce at a high level. OR 2. Someone who is relentlessly driven to become that person. We can teach skills. We can't teach work ethic, curiosity, accountability, or pride in your work. What you'll do Diagnose and repair today's increasingly complex vehicles. Perform complete digital inspections. Work with quality parts and modern equipment. Continue learning as vehicle technology changes. Take ownership of your work. Compensation If you bring exceptional value, you'll be compensated accordingly.
