Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Night Shift

Schedule

This position offers a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with no call responsibilities and a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This role requires expertise in providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple cases and provide high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver total patient care in an emergency department setting.
• Assess patient needs and create appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• BLS certification required before start; ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and NRP required within 90 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting.
