This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity (scheduled through April 2027) supporting a premier global commercial real estate services firm. Location: Tampa, FL (201 N Franklin St - Hybrid model) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $28.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Review, abstract, and perform quality control data audits on commercial lease documents. Conduct desktop audits for year-end Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Real Estate Tax, and Insurance reconciliations. Resolve financial billing discrepancies directly with landlords and billing authorities. Oversee subtenant processes, monthly rent processing, and passthrough invoices. Maintain portfolio data and critical tracking dates in technology information systems. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or real estate auditing. Hands-on experience with lease abstraction, gross-up calculations, and ledger reviews. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and real estate database software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or ProLease). Strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
