Service Advisor/Writer

Current Watersports | Shepherdsville, KY Help Boat Owners Enjoy Their Time on the Water Current Watersports is the exclusive MasterCraft, Cobalt, Crest, and Bennington dealership serving Kentucky, Southern Ohio, and Eastern Tennessee. We are looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping guide boat owners through the entire service process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you’re the type of person who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks, we’d love to talk with you. What You’ll Do Greet customers and guide them through the service process Create service estimates, work orders, order parts, and process warranty claims Coordinate work between customers, technicians, and management Provide updates and maintain communication throughout repairs Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate service records and follow-up schedules Help keep the service department organized and running efficiently Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate What We’re Looking For Required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and follow-through abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable learning technical and mechanical terminology High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Service advisor, service writer, technician, or customer service experience Marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or equipment industry experience Experience with CRM, POS, or dealership software Sales or estimate-writing experience You’ll Be Successful Here If You Like staying busy and organized Communicate clearly and professionally Follow through on commitments Take ownership instead of making excuses Can balance customer needs with business priorities $25-$32/hour based on experience Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Full-time position Before Applying Please answer these questions: 1.
