Play a pivotal role in patient care as an experienced Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled RN with a background in surgical settings to deliver exceptional intraoperative care alongside a reputable surgical team.


Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Proven experience working as an Operating Room RN
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and OR protocols
• BLS certification required (additional certifications such as ACLS preferred)
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to make swift decisions in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Prepare the OR with necessary supplies, instruments, and equipment
• Ensure patient safety and advocacy throughout the surgical experience
• Monitor patient condition and document care according to policy and standards
