What You Bring to the Role Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of paid experience in home repair, residential remodeling, or handyman work. Broad, hands-on skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing, and basic electrical. A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to local job sites. Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in the United States. Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, courteous, and respectful approach to customer service.
