Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate will work scheduled shifts (assigned by availability). Responsibilities include receiving incoming product, ensuring accuracy, ensuring all merchandise is properly tallied, documenting temperature on all inbound product requiring refrigeration, ensuring all slots are stocked properly, rotating stock by Work Instruction or Standard Operating Procedure requirements, picking product as defined on pick sheets, loading product onto trailers as directed by Supervisor, operating all Company warehouse equipment in a safe and reliable manner, reporting all equipment failures to Supervisor, ensuring that warehouse is maintained in a sanitary manner according to Company standards, tracking time spent on assignments for productivity reporting on a daily basis, and other duties as assigned.Qualifications and job specifications include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalency, ability to use forklift, pallets jacks, and reach truck with proper training, experience in a cGMP compliant environment is a plus, basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation is a plus, experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners is a plus.Additional employment requirements include successfully passing all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen), having a valid driver's license, and adhering to strict appearance and uniform guidelines.Physical/mental/visual demands include being able to safely lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, being able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time, hearing warehouse activity for forklift operation, reading at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm's length with or without correction, and correctly identifying and recording lot and serial numbers.Working conditions include activities occurring both inside and outside, extreme cold during freezer work with PPE provided, and hazardous conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and working in high places.Equipment operated includes forklift, floor scrubber, and pallet jack.
