Why you should apply Opportunity to work with a passionate and talented team Flexible schedule with paid time off Employee discount on delicious Cowboy Chicken meals Room for growth and career advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook delicious rotisserie chicken dishes Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Execute cold/hot food preparation in accordance with proper guidelines Review recipes, assemble, combine, and cook ingredients according to Cowboy Chicken standards Adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking equipment, food storage, and work areas Complete scheduled cleaning at the direction of CC management Work all areas of the back of the house, including prep, plating, and dishwasher Assist with food supply inventory Ensure smooth operation of food preparation Ensure proper presentation of food Work with CC team members to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of all orders Complete additional tasks at the direction of the General Manager Requirements Prior experience as a Line Cook in a fast‑paced kitchen Weekend availability Passion for creating high‑quality and flavorful dishes Must be 16+ years old The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation and presentation of all the items on the menu, ensuring that all menu items meet Cowboy Chicken expectations, guaranteeing guest satisfaction and safety.
