At J. Allen Toyota, our number one priority is creating an exceptional customer experience. Every interaction a customer has with our dealership matters, and our Service Valets play a critical role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment they arrive.

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Valet to provide a friendly and professional experience for our service clients. This role is responsible for safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles, assisting with the flow of the service drive, and supporting our service team in delivering a seamless experience for every guest.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while providing a welcoming first impression
• Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate service team member
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in designated areas
• Maintain careful attention to customer vehicles and follow all dealership vehicle care standards
• Assist customers with transferring luggage, packages, or personal belongings between vehicles when needed
• Keep the service drive organized, clean, and free of vehicle congestion
• Assist technicians and service team members with moving inoperable vehicles
• Notify the Assistant Service Manager or Service Advisor when customers are waiting or need assistance
• Support overall dealership cleanliness and organization
• Attend department meetings and participate in ongoing training
• Perform other duties as assigned to support an outstanding customer experience

• No prior automotive experience required; we will provide training
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help others
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must meet dealership insurance requirements and be insurable
