We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Paraprofessional to join a local school district team. This role supports teachers and students in both academic and behavioral settings to help create a positive learning environment.
Position Details:- Full-Time
- School-based role
- Classroom support across general and special education settings
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
- Provide 1:1 and small group student support
- Support student behavior and social-emotional needs
- Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
- Assist with data collection and documentation as needed
- High school diploma required (associate's or bachelor's preferred)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
