Regulatory Specialist II

$60k-$65k | Days Monday-Friday | Contract

Zing Recruiting is partnering with a global leader in the flavor manufacturing industry to hire a Regulatory Specialist II for their location in Cincinnati. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established international organization. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation according to customer and regulatory requirements
• Maintain audits, system updates, and regulatory data accurately and efficiently
• Review formulas and documentation to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
• Support commercial, research, and product development initiatives with regulatory guidance
• Maintain current knowledge of customer requirements and applicable regulatory standards
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to provide regulatory support
• Assist with customer accounts and assigned regulatory projects
• Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Biological Science, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
• Possess 1+ years of experience in food, flavor, dietary supplement, chemical, or regulatory environments preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry requirements
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
