Inspects results to ensure conformanceStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years of work experienceAbility to read and interpret work instructions and drawingsAbility to become solder certifiedEffective communication and team workComputer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working teamA passion for learning/knowledgePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills3+ years of experience in electronic assemblyIPC-610/620 CertificationsKnowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017Solder Reflow experiencePay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $35559 - $56894 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
