• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, and food storage areas
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies in an organized and timely manner
• Collaborate with dietary aides and staff to ensure timely meal service
• Adapt recipes and menu items to meet the special dietary needs of residents
• Monitor food inventory and notify supervisor of shortages or low-stock items
• Comply with infection control policies and participate in safety and sanitation training as required
• Exhibit professional behavior and promote a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff

Dietary Cook Qualifications:
