About the Position

Job Title: Travel RN - OR Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in acute care OR License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Minimum 1 year current acute care OR RN experience Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role Description: This position is for a Travel RN specializing in the Operating Room. The shift is from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, 5 days a week. The RN will be required to float to all surgery centers on an as-needed basis. The unit typically has a 1:1 patient ratio in the OR and a 2:1 ratio in PACU. This role involves circulating a variety of service lines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in pediatrics is preferred. Common procedures performed include orthopedic sports medicine, ENT, pediatrics, gynecology, podiatry, and plastic surgery. The environment is collaborative, with a stable team and diverse case variety. Candidates should be flexible, self-starters with a positive attitude.
