What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care to neonatal patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions continuously
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately
• Educate families on patient care and discharge procedures
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Texas RN license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of NICU or Pediatric ICU experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of neonatal care protocols and equipment
