Claims Specialist

Claims Specialist Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances, located in Plano, TX. Claims specialist top skills: communication, attention to detail, claims experience. Responsibilities include daily communication with the outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ, to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations. Handle internal/external escalations from service partners, field ops & AR team. Review the requested labor rate with the contract and upload the new rates into the system. Assisting in the auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing. Compile and manage a large amount of data from the system. Prepare ad hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance, or a relevant field. 1-3 years' experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of logistics and/or supply chain operations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, knowledge of basic accounting processes and procedures, and proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
