The Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority, a NYS Public entity, is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer serves as the Chief Fiscal Officer and is responsible for comprehensive accounting and financial management programs for a diverse public authority involved in transportation and economic development activities reporting directly to both the Executive Director and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising internal accounting and auditing functions, including budget management, cash management, general ledger, financial reporting; facilities lease management; strong background in accounting and grants management; working knowledge of commercial liability insurance.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, public accounting, finance, business administration, or related field and have a minimum of five to ten years of applicable professional experience. Certified Public Accountant license encouraged, preferably with NYS experience. All applications must be received by the Authority by Tuesday, the 13th of October 2026.
