Used car dealership + U-Haul rental MANAGER

Rideout motors is seeking an awesome individual to join our small, busy team. We are a family owned used car dealership in Lehi, offering sales and service of used vehicles. We are also a U-Haul rental facility. The ideal candidate will be able to do it all. This includes meeting potential buyers, showing vehicles, setting up test drives, and possibly doing the sale paperwork from time to time. Also, U-haul truck and trailer rentals including at the counter getting basic customer information, then either pulling a box truck up for the customer, or hooking up a trailer. In addition, basic automotive repairs such as headlight restorations, interior buttons, window regulators, radio install, or other. This employee would also assist with detailing inventory from time to time, when the demand was there. Though, this will not be the primary job duty. **Experience at any automotive dealership, whether on the sales or tech (mechanic) side, encouraged to apply** **Individuals wanting to move into automotive repair, auto body or car sales, are encouraged to apply** _________________________________________________________________ *Full medical, dental and vision insurance available* *Opportunity for occasional travel to pick up new inventory is available. Either by flight, or driving.* Responsibilities Assist my buyers with basic car questions and inquiries, including test drives. Possibly finalizing the sale. Completing vehicle sales as needed. Assisting the lot tech with things like moving vehicles between our two locations, test driving inventory, and other miscellaneous lot tech duties. Assisting customers with U-Haul rental and returns, including trailer hook ups. This primarily consist of about 3 minutes with a customer at the rental counter, gaining basic information from the customer. Be a second pair of hands for the mechanics or with the sales side. **Bi-lingual is a HUGE bonus** Qualifications Self-starter. Find tasks to stay busy! Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task Detail-oriented Ability to lift about 50 pounds Valid Driver’s License Ability/want to learn Motivated Additional Information We are a small family owned business.
