Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing

Oversee billing process and work with internal/external team to resolve issues

Reconcile billing totals with client

Research and resolve client billing problems/issues

Process invoice back-up files for Finance Team

Process Credits and track discounts

Generate Weekly/Monthly Financial Reports for internal team/management

Evaluate COGS and inventory costs.

Report out to management teams on monthly Day 3 call (revenue/costs against forecast)

Track net sales rates and trends by line of business

Request purchase orders, project tracking numbers, and review/approve time entries

QC all billing files and invoices

Be available first few days of each month.

Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide valuable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

Prepare and present reports, charts, and data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or possess Automotive Account experience

Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)

Deadline-focused, organized, problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $63,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
