About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of growth. This senior leadership position is responsible for FP&A, Accounting, and Business Systems, with a focus on instilling financial rigor and operating discipline in a fast-moving, high-growth consumer business. The successful candidate will be a strategic finance executive, a trusted advisor to the leadership team, and an exceptional cross-functional leader. Key responsibilities include owning the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing the accounting function, and driving the business systems roadmap to ensure scalability. The VP of Finance will also be a critical partner in setting company-wide objectives, building operating plans, and holding the organization accountable for results. Applicants for the VP of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, with a strong background in both FP&A and Accounting. Experience in a high-growth environment, particularly at a venture-backed or private equity-backed company, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading finance organizations through rapid growth and change, as well as the ability to influence company strategy through financial analysis and business partnership. A deep understanding of GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and experience with ERP and business systems is required.
