Expeditor Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Quail Springs Culinary (QSC) includes 5 restaurant concepts that operate in 9 states with a total of 78 company owned and franchised locations. QSC invests in concepts that have craveable food, strong leadership, and are ready for growth. Each QSC business has its own unique culture and set of values that allow them to be successful in their respective markets. The Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of expediting all food orders. This position is responsible for monitoring order statuses and the delivery to our guest. The Expeditor acts as a communication bridge between the Back of the House to the Front of the House production to maintain efficient operations and meet customer expectations. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring that food orders are delivered on time. Minimum Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently Preferred Qualifications: Restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Be able to expedite food to guest within the correct time frame Communicate regularly with management and other employees Make sure work station is cleaned and organized
