Serenity Oaks Wellness Center, a premier substance use treatment facility, is seeking compassionate, reliable -Full Time Registered Nurses to work in our Inpatient- Drug and Alcohol Detoxification Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (near the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino). Come join our interdisciplinary team and help make a difference with our patients on the road to recovery. LOOKING FOR FULL TIME DAY SHIFT RNs (7am-7pm) Duties include: Delivering nursing care to patients. Monitoring patients during detox process. Coordinating patient care to ensure clients are safe and comfortable. Documents medical information in patient charts using electronic medical records. Administering patient medication, while maintaining proper documentation. Administering narcotics per doctor orders and protocols. Assisting in the collection of report data for utilization review and quality assurance. Communicating effectively with other disciplines and departments within Daybreak. Monitoring medication supply. Conducting nursing assessments to new patients and ongoing nursing monitoring and assessments to existing patients.
