Overview Job Title: Member Services Representative, Payments Processing Location: Fort Worth, Texas 76155 Duration: 3-month contract with the potential to extend/convert. 100% onsite. 06/22/2026 to 11/20/2026 Job Purpose Responsible for daily functions associated with direct payments and funds transfers. Responsibilities Perform general ledger balancing Coordinate return items with members, outside vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank and other institutions Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries and related Accounting general ledger balancing Follow and maintain policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA rules and regulations and Federal Banking laws Log, research and make necessary general ledger, account adjustments and/or returns Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests Research and verify incoming and outgoing funds transfer information Communicate with vendor to process funds transfers Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming funds transfer laws Verify members for outgoing funds transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing funds transfers Perform other duties as assigned The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Intermediate Excel and Word experience Preferred Qualifications Previous banking or Credit Union experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team Ability to effectively communicate with all levels, both verbally and in writing Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure Ability to cross-train and perform any role assigned within department Ability to interact professionally with all employees and members Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to work extended hours in support of business needs Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance #J-18808-Ljbffr LeadStack Inc.
