Machine Operator – London, OH We are currently interviewing for a Machine Operator in London, OH. Bodycote is offering a $1,500 sign‑on bonus! Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages based on experience Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) with matching Medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and families Schedule & Requirements Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen Ability to work full‑time, 40 hours per week Shift: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday – Friday Job Responsibilities Operate, control, and monitor heat‑treating units independently according to standard procedures and shop travelers or customer paperwork Prepare work for processing; load and unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets Report any unusual problem or irregularity to supervisor Promote safety and good housekeeping practices Cross‑train and develop additional skills as opportunities arise Qualifications & Experience U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR compliance) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3–10 years operating complex machines or processes in an industrial environment Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities The statements herein describe the general nature and levels of the work performed by employees, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
