Talent Acquisition Coordinator

DuraServ is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who runs the operational backbone of a high-volume recruiting function - with precision, professionalism, and a standard that never slips. Talent Acquisition Coordinator | Corporate TA Team | Precision. Speed. Professionalism. DuraServ Corporate | Coppell, TX | On-Site Role | No Travel Required Every Hire Starts Here. DuraServ's Talent Acquisition team fills roles across nine regions - commission-based sales professionals, commercial door and dock technicians, branch leaders, and corporate team members. The TA Specialists do the hunting. But behind every offer accepted, every interview scheduled, every posting that goes live, every pre-employment screen that clears, and every ATS record that's accurate - there's a Talent Acquisition Coordinator making sure the machine runs. This role is the operational anchor of the TA function. You'll administer job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and more; coordinate interviews and candidate communications; manage pre-employment screening; maintain ATS data integrity; support career fairs and university partnerships; and partner with Corporate Communications to protect the consistency of the DuraServ employer brand at every candidate touchpoint. What You'll Own The Pipeline
- Create and manage job postings and advertisements across all third-party recruitment platforms - Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and others - ensuring every posting is accurate, on-brand, and live when it needs to be
- Source candidates for pipeline development and specific open roles, supporting TA Specialists with targeted outreach
- Maintain talent community boards and alumni networks for former employees, keeping DuraServ's candidate ecosystem active and organized
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and candidate travel arrangements with the responsiveness and accuracy that keeps candidates engaged and hiring managers on schedule
- Administer and analyze pre-employment paperwork and screenings - reviewing for accuracy and completeness before anything moves forward
- Administer temporary employment arrangements across the organization, managing documentation and compliance with precision
- Coordinate and attend career fairs and hiring events, maintaining and growing relationships with trade schools, universities, and external talent partners
- Maintain and distribute accurate TA reporting using the ATS - your data is current, your records are clean, and your reports reflect reality
- Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure a consistent employer brand voice across all candidate-facing communications - every touchpoint reflects DuraServ professionally
- Operationally sharp - you manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, prioritize without being told, and keep every process on track without requiring oversight
- ATS-proficient - you know how an applicant tracking system works, you maintain clean data, and you generate reports that people can actually use
- Detail-obsessed - pre-employment screenings, job postings, candidate records, and ATS data all reflect the same standard: accurate, complete, and current
- A professional communicator - with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors; you represent DuraServ at every touchpoint and you do it well
- Discreet by nature - you handle confidential candidate and employee information with the judgment and professionalism it requires, without exception
- A collaborative team member - the TA Specialists depend on your coordination to do their jobs effectively; you treat that dependency as a responsibility, not a burden
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources support - this is required, not preferred; you need to understand how the recruiting process works before you can support it
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced professional environment
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - candidate-facing communications reflect the employer brand, and yours always will
- High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience managing job postings across multiple platforms simultaneously - Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake
- Familiarity with pre-employment screening administration, background check processes, and compliance documentation
- Experience supporting career fairs or university/trade school recruiting partnerships
