Case Manager I, II, or III-Developmental Disabilities ($4,500 Sign on Bonus)

One of the roles that helps make a positive impact on those lives is a Developmental Disabilities Case Manager, which we have multiple openings for! This person provides case management services to individuals of all ages with a primary diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disability. This includes assessing service needs; developing plans for access to services; liaison with client, families, programs, and service providers; ongoing monitoring or client service needs; advocacy; and consultation and education to clients, families and the community. Starting Hourly Rate:


Case Manager I -$16.73


Case Manager II-$17.56


Case Manager III-$18.44

Education/Experience Required:

• High school diploma with at least one year of experience in a setting working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or intellectual disabilities is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, special education, or other Virginia DMAS approved related human services field is preferred.
• Experience providing professional supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
