Operations Manager

The Margie Hare Group is looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational engine of our growing luxury real estate team. The Role Join a High-Performance Luxury Real Estate Team The Margie Hare Group is looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational engine of our growing luxury real estate team. If you love working behind the scenes to keep complex operations running smoothly, you're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and you want to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—this is your role. You'll manage our CRM (Follow Up Boss), coordinate complex real estate transactions, schedule showings and team activities, track pipeline opportunities, and support four licensed agents in delivering exceptional service to luxury buyers and sellers. You'll own the inbox, keep our calendar organized, ensure no deadline slips through the cracks, and troubleshoot operational issues before they become problems.
