Riley is seeking a highly motivated Law Clerk to join our busy and growing family law practice. This is a part‑time, non‑exempt position designed to complement a law student’s academic schedule, whether in a day or evening program. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft memoranda Assist with preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Review and summarize case files, records, and discovery materials Support attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties as needed Perform general administrative and legal support tasks Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (evening program only) Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Interest in family law or litigation Prior legal internship or clerkship experience Schedule This is a part‑time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments. Availability during standard business hours is preferred. Compensation Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
