AR Manager

Salary $75-100k Overview Are you an experienced AR leader who enjoys building structure and consistency across multiple business entities? Responsibilities Oversee billing and collections operations to ensure timely, accurate invoicing across multiple entities. Lead efforts to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce billing errors and revenue leakage. Manage collections strategy to optimize DSO, including escalation, dispute resolution, and credit management. Partner with accounting, finance, and operations teams to align billing with financial reporting and revenue goals. Support integration of newly acquired businesses into centralized AR systems and workflows. Deliver reporting and insights on AR performance, trends, and risks to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience leading AR or billing functions in a multi‑entity environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue processes. Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and manage change. Excellent analytical skills with experience reporting on AR metrics such as DSO. Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
