Training & Support You'll complete a full-time, paid 4-week training designed to set you up for success. Our training includes hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and mentorship to help you build confidence and skills in your role.
We are looking for driven, creative problem solvers who care about people:
- Provide patient, empathetic support when assisting customers with credit card payment inquiries en inglés y en español
- Communicate professionally and effectively through phone interactions
- Analyze account details to identify the best resolution for each customer
- Negotiate and collaborate to resolve payment-related concerns
- Consistently meet performance and quality goals
