Now is your chance!Our team consistently operates at 130% shop efficiency, ensuring a steady flow of work and plenty of hours for motivated technicians.Benefits:Pay negotiable based on experience30 HR a week guaranteeHealth, Medical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityFlexible Work ScheduleResponsibilities:Handle all repairs listed on assigned work orders with precision and speedDiagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues across multiple systems (engine, transmission, steering, suspension, HVAC, etc.)Use OEM-level diagnostic platforms (such as Ford IDS, FDRS) for troubleshooting and software updatesTest drive vehicles to confirm complaints and ensure repair accuracyExecute warranty work according to manufacturer standardsWork directly with service advisors to explain needed repairs and timelinesSupport and mentor junior technicians as neededQualifications:3+ years of hands-on technician experience (5+ preferred)Certified by Ford (preferred) or ASE equivalentProficient with diagnostics and modern shop equipmentStrong communicator who works well with advisors and other techsAble to lift 50 lbs and handle physical aspects of vehicle repairDetail-oriented, efficient, and committed to qualityHolds a valid driver’s license and a clean driving recordWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
