We are looking for a fun, energetic and outgoing team member to add to our team. We are family-oriented and you will have the flexibility of working for a small business while having an incredible company like State Farm to represent. The position offers base pay,  commission/bonus, paid time off, and did we mention… the opportunity to work with an awesome team.
We are eager to find someone with a strong work ethic but that also has a great sense of humor and enjoys working with a team. We are more concerned with your ability as a self-starter and your ability to utilize technology than we are with your resume history. You MUST enjoy talking on the phone and meeting strangers. Experience in an insurance office isn’t necessary but you need to have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while being patient with our awesome customers. We have a very detailed training program that will help you understand the insurance business while teaching you to be an expert in the field.
As one of the top State Farm Agencies Missouri for the past 20 years, my team and I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This development and mentoring can help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
