All Star Physical Therapy in Lake Elsinore, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close‑knit, outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you will ensure great patient treatment and outcomes while guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTAs. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software, which reduces documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat patients. All of our PTs receive daily productivity bonuses that often add up to an extra $1,300 per month. Responsibilities Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter. Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing and coding guidance. Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure. AHA BLS required. Experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates are welcome to apply. Must successfully complete all pre‑employment standards. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $45–$55 per hour plus productivity incentives, with up to a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
