Excellent role to practice in a supportive, collegial environment that values teamwork, balance, and clinical excellence. 8-, 11-and 13-hour shifts Facility Information Level III Trauma and Level II Stroke Center 13-bed emergency department Annual patient visits: 17,000 43-bed hospital with on-site helipad for transfers EMR: Meditech Admission rate: 14% 24-hour physician coverage with a mix of 8-, 11-, and 13-hour shifts Medium acuity, community-based environment Overview Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $190 to $250 hourly and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan Quarterly quality bonus Sign-on bonus available for full-time physicians 1099 (IC); not benefits eligible Flexible scheduling and supportive clinical leadership 43-bed community hospital, a designated Level III trauma facility and a Level II stroke center.
