Press Operator

Adecco is hiring immediately for Press Operators at a local client in Joplin, MO. As a critical member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating printing presses, setting up jobs, and performing quality checks to produce high-quality labels. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot printing presses to produce high-quality labels.
• Set up press jobs accurately according to specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the pressroom.
• Support general production tasks to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Press Operator or similar role.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.

Schedule: This position follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule:

• Alternates between day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
• Employees work four days one week and three days the next.
• Each rotation includes one weekend day.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
