Responsibilities Perform resident care activities and non‑professional services necessary for residents’ personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort. Respond to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies. Document resident assistance activities daily. Adapt to changes in duty and assignment. Maintain a safe working environment and comply with facility safety program. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Certified QMA. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
