Insight Global is seeking experienced Fiber Splicing Leads to support large-scale data center infrastructure projects in the DFW and IAD markets. This role combines hands-on fiber optic splicing work with crew leadership responsibilities, overseeing small field teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications. Responsibilities Lead crews of 2-3 technicians, conduct daily safety meetings, assign tasks, and oversee field activities. Perform advanced fiber optic splicing, including mid-sheath splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and network validation. Read and interpret blueprints, customer prints, and construction documentation. Monitor project schedules and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer standards. Mentor and develop Fiber Technicians, helping prepare Technician II team members for future leadership roles. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, OSP fiber, structured cabling, or data center environments. Previous experience leading teams of 5-15 technicians. Strong understanding of fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting on live networks. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Valid driver's license required. OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, BICSI, FOA, or related industry certifications are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
