Account Executive – Infusion Therapy ServicesLocation: Ocean County, NJ | Field-BasedTerritory: Candidates should ideally live within one hour of the territoryCompensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionOTE: $200,000–$250,000 | Top Performers $300,000+Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth of its infusion therapy services throughout Ocean County and the surrounding territory.This is a field-based healthcare sales role focused on developing referral relationships with physicians, specialty clinics, and healthcare decision-makers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of healthcare sales experience, strong provider relationships, and a proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales goals.Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.

• Build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers.
• Develop referral partnerships within specialty practices, including:
• Gastroenterology (GI)
• Neurology
• Dermatology
• Immunology
• Rheumatology
• Other relevant medical specialties
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend infusion therapy solutions based on provider needs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional growth.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure customer and patient needs are supported.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
• Stay current on infusion therapy trends, competitive activity, and changes within the healthcare market.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to meet with providers and referral partners.Qualifications• 3+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling into GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, or similar specialty practices preferred.
• Strong physician and healthcare provider relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of healthcare sales and physician practice environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and develop new business.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
