Foundation Executive Director

Description The Foundation Executive Director manages the donor and fundraising programs of the foundation, continuing the existing programs and growing those programs to accommodate the needs of the hospital and community. This position directs and manages all fundraising activities, including grants, events and donor relations to maintain and expand our foundation contributions. Requirements Job Description: • Responsible for board operations, relations, development and education. • Develops and executes fundraising events, campaigns to support and promote TVHC's Mission, Vision and Values. • Develops the TVHC Foundation Strategic plan. • Responsible to build and maintain positive donor relationships with individuals, area businesses and organizations and groups. • Coordinates applicable efforts with Hospital departments as support • Performs other related duties from time to time as assigned by the TVHCF board, including coordination of an annual audit. • Assists with any other duties as assigned. • This position reports monthly to both the foundation and hospital boards.
