Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $91,020 – $130,000 annually

 

Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager oversees financial accounting operations for the health system, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of accounting staff and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and fixed assets.
• Support budgeting processes and financial analysis.
• Coordinate annual audits and prepare required documentation.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting.
