Pick Packer/Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver/Packer: Machesney Park, IllinoisOur customer in Machesney Park, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Delivery Driver/Packers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Delivery Driver/Packer, you will be responsible for safely delivering products while supporting warehouse operations including packing, inventory, and order fulfillment.Responsibilities of the Delivery Driver/PackerDeliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner.Pack, prepare, and stage orders for delivery or shipment.Assist with warehouse operations including inventory picking and organization.Utilize weigh count scales and maintain accurate counts of inventory.Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.Communicate effectively with team members and customers.Follow all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.Delivery Driver/Packer Requirements and QualificationsValid Driver’s License with excellent driving record.Excellent organizational skills.Good people and customer service skills.General knowledge of computers.Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory picking, and weigh count scales.Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to perform cycle counts and understand the importance of inventory accuracy.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.Strong communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to complete additional duties as requested.Pay for Delivery Driver/PackerStarting at $18-19/hour.Delivery Driver/Packer BenefitsHealth insurance.Paid time off.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: 1st Shift, Full-timeSchedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm.
