Location: Mountain View, CA-Hybrid
Duration: C2C/Full Time
Product owner for Scrum team for Insight and My Hub
Own breakdown of epics/features into shovel ready stories for engineering teams, via grooming partnership with product management leads (Pat, myself) experience design, engineering, architecture as needed
Align with business stakeholders on requirements or acceptance of delivered / completed stories
Drive status and communicate issues / blockers to Product management leads, where help may be needed to unblock delivery team, or keep stakeholders informed on progress.
Support run-the-business incidents / request tickets as needed for Insight and My Hub, to ensure operational excellence (communicating status, understanding where issues will require backlog items or engineering work to address)
Drive change management conversations as needed, and ensuring high level effort estimation for Insight and My Hub features are understood
Review quarterly CSAT, analytics or other listening posts (e.g. slack, ticket queue) to help drive product improvements and adoption of features.
