In this role, you will be supporting employee relations, performance review tracking, and personnel file management for multiple agencies. Work involves ensuring information is accurate, timely, and handled according to rules and policies. As a Human Resource Assistant 2, you will perform the following duties:
- Grievance Processing: Review incoming labor relations issues, determine proper handling, and communicate next steps
- EPR Tracking: Monitor performance reviews, identify concerns, and notify analysts when action is needed
- JNET Coordination: Retrieve and assess criminal justice notifications to identify impacts to staff and operations
- File Management: Scan, certify, and organize personnel documents while responding to requests for information
- Record Review: Evaluate documents for release, apply redactions, and ensure rules and laws are followed
- Program Support: Assist with HR programs such as orientations, equipment tracking, awards, and administrative tasks

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week, upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Mechanicsburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Human Resource Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of clerical or other comparable experience and one year of beginning level paraprofessional human resource or equal opportunity work; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
